How to Find Blank Cells and Delete Them
- From A1 column press CTRL + SHIFT + RIGHT ARROW + DOWN ARROW to select all data
- Press CTRL + G click SPECIAL choose BLANKS and press OK.
- Blank cells highlight, Right Click and Delete them.
How to fill Empty Cells with 0 Number
- From A1 column press CTRL + SHIFT + RIGHT ARROW + DOWN ARROW to select all data
- Press CTRL + G click SPECIAL choose BLANKS> and press OK.
- Blank cells highlight, press CTRL + CLICK in any selected cell and fill with "0"
- Then press CTRL + ENTER, you will see all empty cells with ZERO.
Fill empty cell with value above cell
- From A1 column press CTRL + SHIFT + RIGHT ARROW + DOWN ARROW to select all data
- Press CTRL + G click SPECIAL choose BLANKS and press OK.
- Blank cells highlight, press < CTRL + CLICK > in any selected cell press < EQUAL > and press UP ARROW from keyboard, for example =A2
- Then press CTRL + ENTER . You can see all empty cell with value above cell.
Arrange Data:
- In Tabular Format - Rows and Column with their heading.
- Data with no Gaps - in rows and column. If there are gaps in your data you can not start your work.
First find out gaps - Fill with as required.
